You will need to notify me within 7 days of receiving your order.

I am more than happy to help you with troubleshooting to resolve this problem, however I can not refund due to change of mind or wrongful use!

Due to hygiene purposes I do not offer refunds or returns on any of my earrings so please keep this in mind when making your selection.
